YSL Beauty “Cherry” SoHo Pop-Up Activation

Lead Production and Project Management for YSL Beauty’s one-day pop-up in SoHo, NYC. The branded truck featured cherry slushies, interactive product testing, engraving stations, and custom photo moments - immersing guests in the brand’s cherry-red product range. Delivered end-to-end execution including permitting, budget, vendor sourcing, fabrication, staffing, and on-site operations while managing client and agency collaboration to produce a high-impact consumer activation.
