Eataly West Palm Beach Grand Opening Event
West Palm Beach, FL
Production Lead for Eataly’s largest store opening to date. Led production for grand opening party, partnering closely with Eataly HQ to deliver a high-energy Italian disco–inspired celebration welcoming over 1,000+ guests. Oversaw guest journey, décor and design, event programming, and ribbon-cutting ceremony. Served as liaison across Eataly corporate, CityPlace, city officials, and local contractors concurrently building the store, managing operational complexity, run-of-show, and on-site execution. The one-night VIP-to-public event drove significant demand, with entry lines wrapping around the street and establishing a marquee debut for the brand in South Florida.
