ComplexCon: Moon Boot x Mattias Gollin
Las Vegas, NV
Project Management and Experiential Production for Moon Boot’s debut ComplexCon booth. Oversaw development and fabrication featuring a spaceship vehicle build, designer space suit display, and product showcase. Managed booth programming while overseeing all vendors, production workflows, and ComplexCon's regulations and union labor requirements from install to strike. Served as central lead across agency, brand, and partners to deliver a standout first-time activation for the brand.
